dell inspiron 1564 lcd flashes difrent colors

hi
i got a dell 1564 when powr on LCD Flashes red, green, blue, white,color for about 2 seconds each, continues as long as it is powered. check new lcd new vga cable hdd ram but problem still same . when i plug charger chipset ic it8502e (U7) heatup full you can see below attached schematic ... some time power coming some time not


I will appreciate if anyone can help me

you may have gpu bga problem, but i would start flashing bios first and replace EC "ite8502e". Then a litle bit heat on gpu to see any difference..

my lap is dell inspiron 1564 not on just on power led on an after 1 minut off

19v,5v and 3.3v is present always

i faint d17 diode open board bon
