acer v5-531 changing led lcd and burned it

here is a funny thing for others but not funny to me

i changed a lot of displays or other components so i think this was my bad day

i was going to change led display and when i was connecting flat cable i forgot that battery is still plugged in laptop( during the test of laptop ignoring the broken lcd) so when i connected my new display i got it short-circuited somehow ( possibly that i was plugging it by some strange angle or did the laptop stayed in hibernation??)

so i smelled some burned wire and motherboard is dead.no led blink or anything else

i try to remove lan chip from it because it was going hot when dc plugged in
i try to replace 2 other chip that i ordered from ebay ( they are in circuit with power supply )

i managed to get it to show me led blink but it is now constantly restarting and the led are blinking - power led and when i put battery charge led is on but it just turns on and off every second

if needed i can try to explain little better

any idea?

Its not funny believe me.
My 'teacher' in electronics did the same thing , yes it does happen even with pros.
He try like for 6 hours to fix it but he give up and change the board.
