This is a acer tablet a500.First it cant turn on after i plug in the charger it can turn on but the battery could not charged fully it remains on 15% wather u charge it for three or four hours.but another this which is more problematic that i can not use it also after turning it on it shows the lock screen and when i try to open the lock by swaping the lock icon it shows shuting down option but nothing happens only this shuting down screen remains there.to turn it on again u need to unlpug the adapter and then turn it on again.i try already reset but still same...................any help
