compaq cq42 core i3 ddr3 can not turn on

very long storey but let me tell you from binging.when i got this laptop compaq cq42 core i3 ddr3 it was completely dead no power at all.i measure the voltages on mobo but not found 3 or 5 voltages.then i change the ic rt8206b near the dc jeck with rt8206a.after changing i got led light on dc jeck but laptop still can not on.Then i found that the ic rt8152c is heating i change it with rt8152d then it seemed ok but same condition then the ic near to cpu adp3212 i think this ic control the cpu current also heating i also change it but after that still same when i press power switch the led on power switch lights up only for a second then again turn off .Now no shorted on mobo nothing is heating but still laptop can not on ,,,,,,,,,any ideas .....sorry for week english

reprogramme the bios, check for standby voltages, measure current.

standby voltages are ok i also try reflashing bios

Cq42 i3 sometimes problem with bios and sometimes had gpu issue. Also there have intel 82801hm65 problem. Find any short from the chip and try reflow fisrt.
