dell inspiron 6400 hang problem

very difficult to fied the fault that dell inspiron 6400 hangs when going into windows.firstly it came with no power i found that the lan chip got heating i take out it and laptop start ok.after 3 months this laptop comes again with the problem that usb and sound are not working.i open and found that the southbridge intel black chip was damage and heating.i change it with new one and after that sound and usb runs ok .but after that it start the new problem when going to windows it hangs up on windows logo.i already tried by changing hdd, cpu,ram and also i tried to install winxp but still it hangs.........any ideas

my 6400 have a problem ..when it run in win7 logo then its :stop 0x0000005c (................).. I try to change ram .cpu .. its not run in safe mode .. any idea ?
