compaq cq40 no display

compaq cq40 no display led near lan is blinking.its a intel one no gpu.so i reflash bios reset and replace ram also change cpu but still same any ideas.its a intel deul core ddr2 and intel chipset motherboard.

First reflash the bios, if not ok remove Sound, lan and card reader chip.
Last week i received one and it could boot normal after remove sound chip

Yes agree i hav face with this situation lastly remove sound chip. U can touch n feel if hot try to remove. Sometime intel sb problem can solve with reflow. Make sure u reflow in reflow tempreture

i remove already card reader chip lan chip and hdmi chip but i never remove sound chip it seems ok

i have another same like this but cpu is core 2 duo that book also led blinking 4 times i reflash bios and wonderly i got display.but the first one still same

Sory, but I have a cq40 with exactly the same simptoms as yours, no power up nor display, only a blinking led. Was trying to flash the bios but no case, how do you manage to flash it, or how are the bios recovery procedures in this model? thanks
