just check your wiring from your CMOS battery, make sure the red is + and Black is Negative, Wrap your CMOS with electric tape tight enough to connect both wire in your cmos

            check your cmos voltage

check your male pin slot in your motherboard there is a triangle or a dot there that is positive, like in my first post, maybe a polarity Problem

Cant do any better picture than this one..so theres an arrow on the female connector which means positive and the readings are right 3,21+ and when i set the bios right and take the powercord off and wait approx 1 min they are again in 0..so should i keep the main battery on..newer heard that kind of lappie..

                                  Re: Acer aspire ONE 753

if no adapter connected what is your output in your female connector in CMOS?

yeah its new, but i think its only a CMOS problem,

did you buy same CMOS Type?

                                  its kindda weird

i think the problem is your CMOS battery, try to use other CMOS,
maybe it may Solve your problem, (i guess)

I am a technician also but I did not encounter that after replacing CMOS battery, just replace same model of the original battery,

if you are using cr2032 the normal voltage is 3.0V only
