DELL inspiron 1440 can not on

its a dell inspiron 1440 with intel core 2 duo ddr2 ram and ATI graphic.when i press power botten the power led lights up and the front led also turns on but after only after 3 or 4 seconds it turns off.any ideas i already reflow gpu but same

you can try to flash bios chip. but try to change the memory first
with a new one.

I have the same problem, i did try to change a new memory and it was still nothing..does anyone have a schematics on this one or any free site where i can download it?
