Toshiba L500-13T no post

Toshiba L500-13T no post, no sound with black screen and the fan is not spinning when i press the power button but the power light go green.
I don't get any heat on cpu or on other components, any solution?

what have you checked so far?
internal ribbon connections?
try different ram?
test voltage on ac adapter?
try turning it on with its keyboard disconnected?
try running it without battery? /////it being Toshiba many will not run without battery/////
general boot strapping? ////another words run with bare minimal components//////
