Acer Aspire 5600 without 3.3v on Buton Power

Hi, I have this quanta ZB2 motherboard I change de I/O but i still the same problem, the butom power are 0.6V.. In the I/O Pin 2 i have the NBSWON# signal with 0.6V ... but I have in the I/O the 3.3 VCC correct.

This is the datasheet, can you help me?

Dead link, but you can try reflow or reball ICH first. according diagram below your power switch signal come from that chipset ( ICH )

      This is the correct link:

In the datasheet the power switch signal come from the IO, or not ?

I'm not so sure, but have you check completely for all pin soldered correctly ? last time I made mistake to place IO in the wrong ( direction ) pin. Make sure IO have been place and soldered correctly, no short between pin leg and measure all necessary pin in IO like RSMRST, DNBSWON, SMB_DATA..etc. There is no harm in trying

It is a strange problem, I can“t see any pull-up resistor or a capacitor in pin 2. Probably the schematic is wrong in that circuit.
Have you checked resistance in that pin?

Yes is strange... the IO send direct voltage (pin2) to the Power Switch (SW2)... The problem can be wrong soldered.. i hope..
