d 630 display problem

hi guys.. i am new user in badcaps... i buy a d630 few months ago... last night its working well.. but now in morning when i power on my laptop it cant show a display.. plz any one help wats happening with my laptop.. plz help me soon.. m so much worried.. thanksssssssss

gpu or igp needs to be reballed....very common with this model.
