Toshiba L510 does not work on the power button

hello all
I have a toshiba L510 laptop does not turn on
if fitted with an adapter / charging
LED lights work. when press the power does not work at all

please its support

I have the same problem with a toshiba c655 that I take out the battery that carries the bios and there are lights.

Need more power related measurements to help you out , first do the basic stuff check your power adapter 19V remove bios battery RAM and laptop battery keep holding the power button for 10 seconds and power up and see Weather is powering up , if not you have to disassemble the laptop and come up with more measurements
