Have you tried cleaning the fan and make sure that it spins freely?

Look for any burned components such as MOSFETs near the fan connector.

It would also be very helpful if you post a good picture of the main board where the fan connector is. Use the "Manage Attachments" option (in the forum's advanced text editor) to attach your pictures rather than posting them off-site (such as imageshack, photobucket, etc.). Picture size restrictions are 2000x2000 pixels, but that should be enough.

trace back the wire of the fan....

or you can remove fan connector and jump on +5volts of a usb supply.

          just a thought

Either that or in some cases the battery/power management chip (usually Maxim or Intersil).

                thanks, friends

I think that the problems is with mosfets

                there are 3 mosfets: 2 Si4810 BDIy and 1 AO4407

I think that is here the problem?

                how to verify?

Get their data sheets and check with multimeter for low resistance/short circuit between Source and Drain. If there is, remove MOSFET from the board, touch all of its pins with your finger (this is done to discharge the Gate), then test it again. If MOSFET is still shorted, then it's bad.
There's also numerous articles online how to check MOSFETs. Just make note of what type your MOSFET is (i.e. N-type/NMOS or P-type/PMOS).
