Hi, everybody can someone help me how to desolder this screen socket on an acer 1640, i've tried by heat gun but the plastic inside was started melting.where can i buy this sort of socket.thanks in advance

give a good quantity of past to the pins of the socket.

put hotgun under the socket (opposite to the board). it will be easily removed.
