Toshiba L200

Hi all....

I have Toshiba L200 that is power on just for 2-4 Seconds. After that it is gos off. And automatically power on. again after 2-4 seconds it gos off. this happen continuously. but No Display. there is a small noise come from inductor coil that near the processor. After 2-3 Minutes, i can sense normal heat on Processor.

Ram, Charger, Processor, all are checked separately. all this parts are working.

Please tell me how can i repair this Laptop....

It sounds to me like a graphics chip problem, the L200 has the Intel GMA X3100 chip which does suffer from problems occasionally.
I would think that a Reflow or Reball will get it up an running

Is it can't be a bad processor? Because I heard a noise from processor when it powered on. Little noise, Like inductor noise. I have re flow the graphics chip. But problem is same.

Please help me on this matter.
