Amilo xi 2428 graphics card problem

Can anyone help me about how to change graphics card on my amilo laptop? i have the same problem as many users! I need to know about how to remove the old gfx card and replace it with this model

Open back cover and remove heatpipe. Finally you can lift up the card. Sure all screws have to be removed. You will know which screws when you see them.

Exchange should be possible. See this thread also:

To avoid problems, uninstall nvidia drivers before exchange.

I install the ati 2300 hd graphics card and everything ok . but i cant find the correct drivers. The only drivers that works with windows xp sp3 is ati dd cc 9.10. But after the first boot with 9.10 drivers i get a Blue Screen of Death. I download and patch the drivers the mod Tool.. Any driver that can work with my model? Thanks!!!
