Acer Aspire 5050 AMD Power Shut Down

Hi,

I got 1 unit Acer Aspire 5050 AMD / ATI mobo. When I plug in a adapter everything is normal but when I turn it ON, power is shut down and adapter LED was blinking. Anyone can help me to solve this problem?

It's difficult to help you without more details cos this can be anything in short (capacitors or power regulator). What kind of tests have you done with the equipment so far?

I'm just testing with 3 units adapter only and all adapter LED will blinking after I turn ON a power button.

Have you opened the unit and checked the coil voltages? What do you get?

Which coil you mean? I'm didn't see any coil there.
