ThinkPad x230 volt in problem

Have a ldb -2 11232-1 laptop motherboard with no power problem.have 19v on the gate of q51 therefore voltage doesn't pass through the mosfet please help me solve this problem. here is the link for schematics https://www.badcaps.net/forum/attach...1&d=1528192143

Start with Q51 itself and look whether it is internal shorted between Source and Gate
