Acer Swift 3 Component Identification

i can't find anything what type of chip used to generate +3VALW, since schematic & boardview not contain info about the chip.

hoping someone could recognize the chip or the equivalent i can use, i used schematic & boardview from https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showth...light=la-l141p

is it normal to have 100-120 ohm resistance to gnd on +3VALW line?
