Lenovo S340-14IWL no post

Hello,

I have a S340-14IWL laptop that will not post. The power led goes on for 3 to 4 seconds, than goes off.
I already flashed the bios and disabled onboard ram.
I notice PQ301 and PL301 getting very hot when charger is plugged in, but voltages on coil seem normal, and I measure no short.

Any idea's what to check next ?
