hp elitebook 840 g2 turn on it self

this laptop is working fine but the problem is, it will turn on it self when plugged in charger....cmos battery also in good condition, 3v appear....what could be the problem ya?

RTC circuit failure. check RTCRST# & SRTCRST# to begin with.

yes it does turn off when press power button

Pls I have similar problem with hp 820 ...the problem is is not turn off... And the poor btn is okay... I can't locate the circuit on board
