surface pro 5 crashes when charging port is connected

can someone help with this issue I have a surface pro 5 battery is working fine but every time I connect the charging port the SSD utilization goes to 100 and then crashes the only way to use it is on battery since when I disconnected the charging port it goes back to normal. any ideas

Is the charger the original and recommended for use with this model? Test with another known good power adapter - probably available on Amazon. You can always return it if it is not required.

Are schematics available for this model? If yes, link it but only if posted in the schematic forum, not here.

I try different chargers as you suggested one was original and the other one was a knockoff from amazon it behave the same so I discarded the charger I though it was a software related issue but booted in safe mode same result schematic are available

Does not appear to be a hardware fault.

surface is update to the lastest, one thing I noticed is that when I restart the surface pro with the charger on the SSD is not recognized but i take it out it start again like normal could it be a faulty charging port ??
