Lenovo LV315KB MB 17807-3M ,Some times no display

Hello
Lenovo LV315KB MB 17807-3M ,board most of the time has no display,
when display comes also ,
don't turn OFF with power switch pressing once(has to keep Press force OFF) .
Starts fine pressing one.
when no display , No power at PL4802 coil missing 00.3 m.volt
when display comes same coil shows .929 volts
PL4701 coil shows power .927 volts
Tried flashing few bios ,no change.

Just an update ,thought for Caps lock light (flashing) but ,as i switch on caps lock light stays on continuously

Remove the coil PL4802 and inject 1V on PT4801,pad1 from dc supply and then power it on with adapter. See if it works everytime.

No need to remove PU4802 when coil is already removed and you're going to inject voltage on the consumer side of coil(Producer side pad of coil PL4802 is connected to PU4802)

Update , board don't start and stays ON,
turns , ON & OFF repeat (As adapter turned on)
once or twice stayed on

Then not a problem with VGFX_Core.Look elsewhere.
