toshiba c850 hdd not detected issue

hello everybody i got a toshiba c850 laptop hdd not detected - when i checked the hdd out in another laptop it works good when i checked the volts on sata slot on the toshiba laptop i found 3.3 and 5 volts but the hdd not power on

First of all reprogram the bios, you can also check the TX and RXN line capacitors for shorts.
