Please I need help fixing an HP zbook 14

When the charger is connected, the power button light stays on all through but the screen doesn't come on at all

Hi you need us to give hd pictures with all voltages on coil and also the resistance to ground ( with no poxer. No battery) did you use flashlight for seeing there is picture also respond capslock or numlock on extern usb keyboard?
