I have hp HP Pavilion - 15-cc100tx DAG74AMB8D0 REV D, when i recieved it it was not powering on no 3v or 5v measuring caps around ITE8987E were all shorted to ground so i removed the SIO and replaced it with the same ITE from another working hp laptop but different model, I now have voltage that I should be having, 3v, 5v, and 3v at power switch but dc jack does not light and of course laptop does not power on. Does this EC require programming for a DC jack to light or there is something else I should be looking at?
