Hope i find you well. I have had the following G2 ITL FLV35 LA-K052P REV 1.0.The laptop was sometimes switching on and the after you shut down it would not switch on. I then opened the laptop and tested all the power rails and was getting voltages except on PL48001, PL47001 and PL5001, but when the laptop happens to switch on i would get voltages on the said inductors. Usually when we are faced with such a problem most of us would think of the BIOS, ME Region in particular and using LBE i regrogrammed the ME region and the result was the same, I then did a complete BIos rebuild and this also yielded the same results:

As a last resort after testing and trying everything i then reflowed the main Processor chip with A BGA machine and this solved the problem and hopefully someone will be helped by this.
