Inspiron 13 5379 possible dead PCH chipset

hi again fellas

today on the table, i have an Inspiron 13
it's just dead
the main pwr rail is present.
attached images for some measurements.

the caps pointed are shorted to GND so as the PL coil pointed

so guys, what do you think?

This 1D0V_S5 power rail is available after the appearance of 3V_5V_POK signal from PWR_3D3V(pu4501) and PWR_5V(PU4502)
The resistance of the 1D0V_PWR power rail in your case is not really low, it can still work with that stat. Usually the resistance of the 1D0V_PWR power rail is in the range of 30--> 80 Ohm.

If the PWR_1D0V_EN signal has appeared you can think of replacing the PU5201

Have the 3.3V rails supplying the PCH still a healthy resistance to GND?

the 3.3v PL to PCH have 12 kohms

The 5v PL to PCH is 64 khom
