HP Pavilion G6 auto power off after few minutes

    Hello Friends,

    I received HP Pavilion G6 - 2235TX (DA0R33MB6F1)laptop few days ago,

The problem with the laptop is, power off the laptop after few min when power switch,
is pressed for the first time of the day. It turned on normally and display turns on. but suddenly power off. After that power is not on but after a day it turn on
and after few min power is off,

I checked voltages and appeared as normal. So any suggestion from you?

    Please help,

    Thank you.

I think you forgot to mention, whether it displays on screen or not when it turns on.
Is the mb a discrete one or UMA version?
CPU is onboard or socket type?

Convert it to UMA and see if it works. Discrete GPU fails on this board as this mb is almost 10 years old.

Flash a clean me bios with a different flash drive. Replace the cpu if you have a spare one.
