HP Omen only do not turn on, only flashes white light

Hi everyone

Please help me with this laptop

HP Omen 15-dc0003la , MB DAG3DBMB8D0 REV. D

It doesn't turn on, when I connect the charger with battery orange light appears on power jack and without battery white light appear, it is fine I think

But if I press power button, power led flashes white once, only that, not consumes anything power, not start, nothing more.

Bios was programmed with a working version, no changes.

Voltages

+3vS5 = 3v when I connect charger, next goes to 0 (I think is fine)
+1.8v = 1.8v when I connect charger, next goes to 0 (I think is fine)
+5vs5 = 0v when I connect charger, next goes to 5v (I think is fine)

Checking KBC I found the next:

NBSWON1= 3.3 (and goes down to 0 when I press the button)
RSMRST# 0 (bad)
EC_PWROK = 0
EC_WRST = 3.3 (fine)
LID_EC = 3.3 (fine)
DSWROK_EC = 0
AD_TYPE = 0.7v (with a 65 W charger)

No schematic, I am using DAG35 schematic.

Please your help, what shall I check

I tried to program EC (IT8987E-BXA) but I can't erase or write it.

I am usind svod 3 and it detects EC fine, but if i erase it, blank test is false, if a try to write do not start and tells write false.

could someone please help me?
