I'm working on this board where fix has been attempted by other techs. I just want to confirm if burnt PU601 is really an RT8231B chip as I think its supposed to be a 3V5VLDO chip.

What is the marking on top of IC? Pic is not very clear to understand the marking.

Sorry but did not see the value of putting a hi-res picture as I was suspecting that chip was replaced with the wrong one. Marking on the burnt chip was 3T, where it should be 3H as pointed out by @Vesko356.
