Hello guys,

Actually I am looking for a good online store of INTEL CHIPSETS, as I am suffering from getting a corrupted, refurbished ones.
I have tried buying from a different sellers on ebay, but same results.

Chipsets are made alongside CPU's, and are thus discontinued when they move to the next generation. So there is a finite quantity ever produced, and none of them were ever sold outside of OEM channels. So anything you see in the marketplace will be 2nd hand.

Your best option is to remove them from other motherboards.

Also a lot of newer PCH will have Intel BootGuard enabled, so this will prevent them being used on machines from different manufacturers (and in some cases even between different series of the same manufacturer).
