Lenovo YOGA 920-13IKB not powering on

Hi Guys,

Lenovo YOGA 920-13IKB not powering on,
MB LENOVO PN: 5B20Q09684

MB gets USB C power, seems like charger is identified as my USB C meter is showing 15v @ ~2.6A
battery voltage 7.69v and charging.
5v, 3.3v 1v, 0.8v are present.

PU 11 is overheating
IC Label is
AS
AU
5U
as well as CPU (but fans are not spinning and laptop doesn't turn on)

checked resistance around CPU coils
3ohm, 2.9ohm, 4.4ohm, 10.8ohm.

im no expert but it looks reasonable.
what is PU11 is responsible for, can i try to take it out the board and check what happens?

You have a link to schematic in neighboring topic. PU11 is a load switch, PL9 and PL10 are outputs of the switch. Most likely one of them has low resistance. If you are unlucky then it is the cpu. Measure resistance to gnd on PL9 and PL10. If low resistance is found remove the corresponding PL.. and see on which side the low resistance is. If the low resistance is on the PU11 side, replace it. If not try to locate low resistance on the load side, there are multiple topics on the forum how to do it.

I tested the coils next to the IC i mentioned.
they aren't shorted 8k-22kohm....

any ideas where can i order such a ic?

Search for OZ7502, aliexpress and ebay seem to be the only options sadly.
