Asus X556U no display with fan spinning too fast.

Asus X556U FAN spinning fully fast and no display.All the volateges except VCCGT generates and all the signals are perfect.

Please help me to diable inbuilt ram and inbuilt graphics chip.

Can't look into the boardview right now, but you could share resistance to GND of the power rails around the CPU (+VCC_SA, +VCC_CORE, +VCC_GT) and for RAM (+1.2VS ?)

VCCSA= 36 ohms (impedence =0.166v)

VCCIO=18 ohms (impedence=0.040V)

VCCGT=13 ohms (impedence=0.032V)

1.2vs without ram=470 ohms (impedence =0.213V)

1.2vs with ram=196 ohms (impedence=0.193V)

First flash clean me bios before messing with the board as resistance seems ok.

already flashed with cleaned me region.same problem(fan spins fast and no display).
