    Dell latitude 7320 No post

    hello Friends,

My customer have a dell laptop but screen broke because the bag fell, but still On and still alive into the windows

he wanted to change the screen, and I tried to open it to see if the screen connector was the same as a normal laptop, but it turned out to be different and in Indonesia no one has sold the screen

the problem is the laptop can't turn on normally after the screen is put back on, only the keyboard light but no post

i'm doing RTC reset and Drain residual Flea power but still same, but if i press D on keyboard before power, appears white, black, red, gree and blue on the screen

is there a problem with the bios? or other hardware?

I appreciate any help to get me this laptops back to life and return to customers.
    THANKS.

Well, I'm not sure what miracle you're expecting right now, but you ofc have to check whether it does P.O.S.T. when the internal screen is not connected. If so and the cable/connections are good, then you have no other choice than to replace the screen.
