Surface Pro 7, LPDDR4 - low resistance to ground?

    Hey friends,
I am troubleshooting a Surface Pro 7 that has problems starting up (only shows the logo and then shuts off).

All resistances seem ok, except for 1P1DDR_VDD2. That one is 6 ohms. I don't have much experience with LPDDR and this number seems a bit low. On the other hand it's not SO low that I would call it automatically a problem.

Can anybody more experienced please help? Thank you

So, I progressed a bit. The poweron sequence hangs on the fact I don't get any SLP_S4 signal back from the PCH (which is in the CPU) after the SAM pulls the RSMRST# signal high. Is there anything else that can be done or is the cpu dead? Can it be a bios issue?

Weird thing is that it happened right at the moment I was updating the tablet (just as it was about to reset itself).

    Thank you so much.
