hello everyone, I have a HP Pavilion 15-ab062nl laptop with a complete shutdown problem
I state that the problem is neither the SSD disk (new) nor the ram that I changed with various modules.
A few days ago I formatted this laptop with windows 11 and during the installation (more or less from 30% to 50%) the laptop shuts down completely. Keeping the laptop open I notice that the copper heat sink is quite hot and therefore I change thermal paste with an artic MX-4
I try again to format and now the laptop turns off but towards 60 70%. I leave it all night to cool, I try again the next morning and in this case I can install windows 11. However, I notice that the heat sink is hot and therefore I immediately check the temperatures with AIDA64 (see photo) and the AMD A10 7800P CPU appears to be on 40 degrees, so everything seems ok. Unfortunately, the GPU is not seen so I only have the cpu temperature. The value of the fan revolutions are not true, the fan does not turn at 100%
The computer now won't shut down, I kept it on for 24 hours without installing any drivers, I just kept it on.
After 24 hours I started installing the drivers and here came more problems. The dedicated video card drivers have a yellow triangle (see photo) and within 1 or 2 minutes the pc shuts down.
I removed the video drivers with the DDU software and when I restart the pc is always on.
Without video drivers, however, I have discovered that if I open the browser and download a file within a few seconds, the pc shuts down the same. All this with AIDA64 telling me that the cpu temperature is always on 40 °C
At this point I started touching the motherboard with my finger in various points and I noticed that this area (See photo) and above all various inductances heat up a lot even without opening the browser. When I open the browser they heat up even more and at that point after a few seconds the pc shuts down
Here is the motherboard model: DA0X21MB6D0 rev d
I attach schematic and boardview of the motherboard
