Android ONEPLUS 6 CPU Reballing

Hello everyone.

My oneplus 6 just died without no reason. I was using it and suddenly it shutted down and cant turn on.

Checking around i tried to reball with hot air station (no BGA station).

Im stucked. Since im a newbie i was just trying and im afraid i used the hot air station too much.

The CPU was a mess, so i tried to scratch it to see again the pins.

This is what i have now.

Is there anything i can do to try to solve this ugly thing, or its just impossible and i have to throw the phone?

soldering iron @ around 375-380 C°

Does this solve also the scratches i made between pins?

Im afraid i removed also the plastic between pins, and i see like copper scratches

Hard to tell. Clean off the flux and post photos.
