[HELP] Toshiba C45-C4320K LA-C442P Dead, No Video, Power LED ON, NO Shorts..

Toshiba C45-C4320K LA-C442P Motherboard

Hello, can someone please help troubleshoot and verify voltages on this Toshiba board, I can´t seem to find schematic for this model.

It won´t boot, no video, just power LED lights up when button is pressed.

Inductors resistance to ground is:

A 3.3MOHM
B 32K OHM
C 43K OHM
E 48 OHM
F 92 OHM
G 166 OHM

I checked all relevant KBC IO (KB9022Q) signals (VCC, AVCC, EC_RST, AC_ON, LID_SW, ON/OFF_BTN, ETC...) and all is good; just in case I reprogrammed KBC and BIOS with latest bin files downloaded from Toshiba website, and no still won´t work ....

Any help or guidance will be greatly appreciated. THANK YOU!

What are KB9022Q (KB9012Q) relevant voltages and signals required for proper boot....

how many amps is the board drawing? does it stay on, but it does not post, does it?

Yes it stays on, no problem even charges battery, but it doesn't post or even turn on the screen or backlight, I tried plugging external monitor and no image either...

I believe inductor E (view image attach) is too low, I believe it is CPU_Core should be about 1V no?

Hi, sorry for late update, had bad personal problems, but here we are again....

Board is drawing only 170mA when power button is pressed...

Can you tell me what voltages and or currents I should be seeing on the inductors...?
