    Hi.

    1) are you using the official and known good power adapter?

    2) what is the voltage to ground of ADP_ID ? This is a voltage supplied by the power adapter that the logic board will read and this will define if the power adapter is capable of powering the logic board.

    3) do you see any graphics when the power is on?

    4) what is the history of the unit? Any liquid damage?

        Can you confirm this measurement?

If correct, this has very likely caused damage to the EC (KB9022QD = the IC that measures this voltage). The ADP_ID voltage should never be this high as the zener diode is there to limit the peak voltage to a safe value.

The ADP_ID is fed into an analog to digital converter to gauge if the adapter is suitable to power the logic board.

Respectively, the EC cannot accept such a high voltage directly onto its input pins.

          sorry, I misunderstood ADP_ID IS 0.752V
