Asus gl752vw

When the adapter is connected, it immediately turns on with 3 indicators. There are basic voltages
except VCCCORE and VCCGT. Bios threw another one without changes. Nothing gets hot. The hub has 32 kHz and 24 MHz.
CPUPWRGD low. PM_PWROK and PM_SYSPWROK come to the hub. PLT_RST# is also low.

Add the power adapter.

Review the power on sequence on sheet 4.

Where does the sequence stop?

From the adapter turns on spontaneously. There is a reaction to the button, but there is a restart. Can't be turned off with the button.
Stops at 30 steps. PM_PWROK and PM_SYSPWROK high. H_CPUPWRGD low. CLK_PCH_BCLK I can't look. My devices do not support 100MHZ

Review the charger IC and related DCin mosfets (as per above sticky from @Piernov).

Often the fault is in this area.

Locate the DCin mosfets and also the charger IC.

Post all topside markings of these parts for a review.

Remove all power -> meter in resistance mode.

Then check the resistance across the DCin mosfets:

source (1-2-3) & drain (5-6-7-8)
source (1-2-3) & gate (4)
gate (4) & drain (5-6-7-8)

Checking for a low resistance = defective mosfet.

what is the connection between input and lack of high PLT_RST# and CPUPWRGD

PS ASUS sometimes allows autostart without a battery.
