    I attached the multimeter manual and his ranges. As i told u its an auto ranging.

    Also the measurement picture. its 01.1 ohm between gate and source.

    drain is the 4 pins which are connected all together below the mosftet right?

    In that case i confirm that i tested gate and source (pin 1 and 4)

      Use only the meter to measure - are there tweezers holding down the part?

      The tweezers will conduct and causing the wrong readings.

      Check again without the tweezers.

          The tweezers are conductive and they will make it look like the pins are shorting.

          Perhaps you can use a strip of tape - facing up -> attach the mosfet so that it sticks to the tape.

          The apply another strip of tape to secure this first one and another at the bottom.

          So the tapes will like like the letter "I" - then you do not need the tweezers at all.

          The measurement for a good mosfet should be 100k ohms or higher = 100,000 ohms or higher. For mosfets, a low resistance is a defective mosfet.
