What is the voltage if you use only the power adapter? Post the range of the voltage that you measure here.

The DC power supply is supplying more current so the laptop works.

The power adapter supply is supplying a lower current so the laptop does not work.

You may have a fake or under rated power adapter. Test with another adapter if available.

The laptop turns on and with the charger the LED blinking orange but it does not give a picture and the CPU does not start working. if
I injected 19.5v in drain pu4401, the laptop turns on, charger light blinking white and the current is 0.2ah or more, the laptop is on open display and no heat anything. I don't understand who lowered my voltage to 19v. I tried changing pu4401 and pu4301 but still no change. even if with charger i jumped voltage not changed No i try 3 charger original hp with 4.7ah

HP adapters use a 'smart pin' to identify the adapter. This is failing for your setup. It is a simple resistor used to notify the logic board that the adapter is capable of powering the unit.

ok, I will try it tomorrow, I will connect it to the power supply as in the article you sent. But I have tried it with another charger but there is no difference, I have also tried if I inject 19.5 volts with power supply in dc in laptop change voltage and not work.
