hp probook 6470b fan problem

hello everyone ...
i have hp probook 6470b , its working no problem but when i shut it down the fan still working and never stop .
i burned new bios but the problem are the same .. any ideas ?

Is the fan the original?

Has this logic board been repaired by another shop?

Fan speed will be defined by a PWM signal (on / off pulse stream). If the pwm is fixed to a static voltage value, the fan will continue to run, non-stop.

When running, can you check the temp gauges? Are the sensors reporting high temps on the logic board?

If the sensors report high heat, the fan will run.
