Raspberry pi3b: No Wireless LAN interfaces found

    Hi:

I've just bought 5 faulty Rpi 3 model B. All of them works with LAN, but no WLAN are detected (no wifi).
The SD I am using is the one where other RPIs work perfectly fine.

Could it be a hardware topic and not a software topic? If so............which part of the RPI 3b is manages the Wifi part?

    Regards,
    Francesc.

go to the pi site and you can download the schematics.
you can also check the bootlog to see if it detects the wifi interface or not

      Thanks for the feedback, stj.

      Time for silly questions:

I am starting to thing that nothing is wrong with these 5 RPIs. All of them are RPI model B v1.2.........If I see the image I don't see any "wireless" chip.

      What do you think?

I guess I am going to solve it with a 2€ Wireless dongle.

Then I guess that BCM43438 WiFi on board is gone...............and to fix it would mean to replace BCM2837 64bit Quad Core Processor, right?

            maybe it's the antenna,
or maybe the version of Linux you used isnt right or isnt configured for the chipset
i have the same card i think and it can run 64bit but most people use an older 32bit build on it - no idea why.
have you checked the bootlog for messages related to initialising the wifi?
