HP Pavilion All-in-One 24-r100NA

hi, i've flashed a new bios and in the bios boot screen says MDM is unlocked.
when i run BiosConfigUtility64.exe /getconfig:config.txt in CMD admin mode.

i get this (read only) problem in the config.txt file



i continue typing in anyway..



then i run: BiosConfigUtility64.exe /setconfig:config.txt

but it didnt work because of (read only) problem.
i also try using wndmifit64 but it says "doesnt support this platform"


can someone help me edit this bios for me or is there another way to edit?

nvm. this is been fixed. there are more identical lines at the bottom without (read only).
