Need help Dell optiplex 7050 mirco

Hi everyone
I have a Dell Optiplex 7050 mirco
after upgrading the latest bios, can enter the bios program , but can't be booted system and dell flash update (black screen restart)
I am so stupid No backup bios.bin, no read official Important Information, Directly upgrading1.3.11➜1.18.0
(If your BIOS version is earlier than 1.7.4, you must update the BIOS to version 1.7.4 before upgrading to the latest version.)

I wonder what went wrong, I try to downgrade bios to 1.16.1and1.15.2 Still can't booted system
bios initial version 1.3.11 Maybe I need 1.3.11 version bios.bin
I have current bios backup and some bin files unzipped from 1.3.11 version bios.exe don't know how to make 16mb bios.bin
I'm sorry , I use Google Translate, maybe can't understand it

I think the ME is damaged.

I am good with the flash dump you've uploaded and upgraded to latest release (1.18.0). Attached Flash/ME info from your image
Service Tag:K6D12NN/MAC:b8-85-84-bf-d9-39

I am assuming you will have to fix the Windows boot only:
Boot from Windows PE and fix by bcdboot i.e.
issue
bcdboot c:\windows /s h: /f UEFI

Dell Optiplex 7050 micro computrace

Can anybody help me fix my bios dump, the computrace is activated... i can't disable it... It's Dell Optiplex 7050 micro desktop.

no , my file is not only clear me , i built another bios region than clean me the new built , did you try it !!

and this one is without clean me , just replacing bios img

I'm having an issue with my Optiplex 7050 Micro v1.4.4. I'm attempting to update the bios, but getting a "Firmware Update Failed". I've tried the incremental updates and even tried reflashing 1.4.4 again.

Can someone take a look at my bios and see if there's anything out of whack with it? Thank you!
