Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2PT (Rev 4.2) schematics & boardview needed

Hi, I am looking for the Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2PT (Rev. 4.2) schematics and boardview so that I can have a closer look of my weird Mobo.

    Problem:
CPU and GPU Fans turn-ON automatically when I plugged My PC to wall socket and switch-ON (I do not press the power button of the PC). It also happens after shutting down the PC (These fans never stop spinning)

My PC never bootup until I pressed the Power-Button, but these fans always spin.

Can anyone tell me what causes this problem.

Already checked and also replaced with new one...Same problem.
Let the power supply give power to these fans, its OK...but why do they just spin without my permission?

probably a corrupt bios ... rewrite the bios ... don't forget to make a copy of the original bios ...

Rewriiten BIOS but same problem. Rev. 4.2 have only one Bios file (version F1). I think it's mobo problem. Some components might be DEAD or there might some short circuit.

Just replace the SuperIO chip (IT8720F) , i recently bought as trash a GA-78LMT-S2P with the same problem and fixed it by replacing that chip
