Hi, I need help my lenovo m920q when connecting the charger turns on for about 10sec the monitor detects signal 1 second and restarts and stays in that loop.

On the motherboard the DUAL BIOS chips are printed like this:

JBIOS 1: W25Q128JVSQ (16mb)

JBIOS2: W28Q64JVSIQ (8mb)

But problem still exists - I used NeoProgrammer V2.2.0.10
Writing both BIOS chips was successfull: The CRC32 checksums were the same as the file's ones.

It is late reply... What you should do, is put the original charger in the laptop and get a powersuplly with 1,2volts on the rail you are getting the 0,3v. Check the amps and try power it on with keeping the powersupply on the rail. This could be a ram issue but can also be a controller issue. If it would be a shorted cap you wouldnt have 0,3V. I hope this info helps for someone who encounters this problem. Be carefull with amps you put in!

I managed to fry my board, but before that I noticed the same problem with the RAM voltage line. It was 0.3V instead of 1.2V. I don't think the BIOS is the culprit.

I've found out that RAM is getting about 0.3V instead of 1.2V (PL902), but I cannot figure out what causes the voltage drop..

Any update on this?

I have a very similar problem with M720q. Noticed the CPU doesn't heat up at all. Have you figured this out?

I've found out that RAM is getting about 0.3V instead of 1.2V (PL902), but I cannot figure out what causes the voltage drop..

Issue: No display after BIOS upgrade

PC starts automatically after connecting power,
solid green led, solid red led (iluminates thinkcentre logo),
Fan spins,
No beeps,
CPU Replaced,
RAM Replaced,
SSD Disconnected,
Tried both video outputs (HDMI and DisplayPort),
Disconnected BIOS Battery,
Dumped original BIOS & EC, checked BIOS with MEAnalyzer - "Firmware is incomplete/corrupted"

Flashed (With TL866II) BIOS only, provided by @hoaca388 found on this topic - no change.

Flashed EC also - no change.

Tried different BIOS & EC Found on "vinafix" website - no change.

Tried to flash chips with CH341A - still nothing..

Anyone have any idea what to do next?

My M920q is Type 10V8 and has the serial number: MJ09CZQY

On the motherboard the DUAL BIOS chips are printed like this:

JBIOS 1: W25Q128JVSQ - 1903 (16mb)

JBIOS2: W28Q64JVSIQ - 1903 (8mb)

And I attach the backup copies of both BIOS saved with CH31A and NeoProgramer 2.2.0.10.

I download the latest Lenovo BIOS M1UKT71A/1.0.0.113, but only a 16 MB file appears in .ROM and not in .BIN and the 8MB file is not there

I hope you can help me by sending the ones that do work.

Problem: The minipc was on running Windows and it turned off for no reason. The power supply works without problems on another identical minipc.
There is no screen after turning on.
