It is late reply... What you should do, is put the original charger in the laptop and get a powersuplly with 1,2volts on the rail you are getting the 0,3v. Check the amps and try power it on with keeping the powersupply on the rail. This could be a ram issue but can also be a controller issue. If it would be a shorted cap you wouldnt have 0,3V. I hope this info helps for someone who encounters this problem. Be carefull with amps you put in!

Hi all,
I am a 40 year old electronic repair technician with own shop. I did tv's only and switched to laptops and videocards, because of the demand of it. I am still needing some experience with videocards.
Electronics has always been a big interest in my life and cant really do any other work the this,
